Job Responsibilities:
  • 1. Assist the headquarters in coordinating overseas customs clearance, certification, logistics and other related work of the supply chain department.
  • 2. Develop and improve workflow for overseas customs clearance, certification, logistics, etc., and implement data management and monitoring.
  • 3. Assist in coordinating with suppliers and logistics service providers to maintain, track, and evaluate the costs of each link in the supply chain, ensuring strong support from the supply chain end to the business chain end.
  • 4. Continuously sort out and improve the overseas supply chain management process to ensure the good operation of the department.
Job Requirements:
  • 1. College degree or above, major in supply chain, international trade, etc. is preferred, with at least three years of supply chain experience.
  • 2. Familiar with import and export business, customs clearance, certification, logistics, warehousing and other businesses.

Job Responsibilities
  • 1.Work with stakeholders to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the company's finance function and operations.
  • 2.Ensure timely processing of monthly and annual closing of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
  • 3. Process invoices and payments to ensure proper controls are in place.
  • 4.Verify and process all employee claims to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • 5.Prepare monthly accounting schedules and reconciliations.
  • 6.Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • 7.Maintain liaison with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and banks.
  • 8.Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • 1. College degree or equivalent in Accounting or above.
  • 2. Familiar with Indonesia Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST rules.
  • 3. at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • 4. Proactive and able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet work targets and deadlines independently.
  • 5. Strong ability to work autonomously and have the ability to solve problems independently and work rigorously.
  • 6. Proficient in using Office software and familiar with accounting software.
  • 7. Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks.
  • 8. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
